Chris Beaumont-Dark
Fund Manager

Beginning his City career with experience at independent UK equity specialists Unicorn Asset Management, Chris went on (after a brief period working in politics) to become a small and micro cap specialist member of the Stifel Nicolaus Europe UK Equity Sales Desk. He was there involved in secondary trading and a full suite of capital markets activity. Chris was a member of the team who successfully raised multiple hundreds of millions of pounds for clients across the stock market, from micro caps to companies with over £1bn in valuation. Chris currently holds a CISI Level 3 Securities qualification and is working towards his Level 4 IMC certificate.

Outside of the office, Chris is an avid whisky collector, travelling to distilleries across Scotland and the US multiple times, as well as a keen cricketer and supporter of Chelsea FC and the New York Giants.

Additionally, Chris is extensively supported by Nick Beaumont-Dark, who has four decades of experience in the City and public equity investing. Nick created the Charles Stanley specialist sales and trading desk, with a focus on index inclusion and exclusions, cross market, and risk arbitrage, and small and micro cap investing, before moving to Canaccord Genuity. Nick has been been solely a noted PA investor for over a decade, with a particular focus on 'tangible sector' micro cap companies and risk arbitrage.
